Best practice for creating a table containing dynamic easement areas.

Good Day folks.

I am looking at using some of the features in Civil 3d to make my life a little easier.  The goal is to have a dynamic chart that looks similar to this to go on an easement plat:

PARCEL NO     DESCRIPTION    AREA

---------------------------------------

                                T1                    123

123-1234-1234       T2                   321

                                P1                    333

--------------------------------------

321-2222-1234       P1                    444

--------------------------------------

123-3333-1234      T1                    555

                                P1                    333

--------------------------------------

It would be OK if the parcel number would be repeated on every line.

I would like to have these areas to be dynamically updated.  Descriptions do repeat, but not in the same parcel ID.  That Parcel ID is going to be the Tax ID.  Some of areas use a letter in their TaxID

Do I want to use Sites and parcels?  I spent a little time grinding at this and never got what I was looking for.  Maybe I need to venture subdivisions?

Thanks in advance for a direction to venture.

Would this work for you?

This is using a Site for the Tax ID, then Parcels for the easements with the Table displaying the Site Name, Parcel Description, Parcel Area. The first column of the table only has the Parcel Name and Description properties available to add. To get the site name in the first column, add that property to another column then cut that property from there and paste it to the first column.

Awesome...  I'll be attempting to follow your instruction.  Thank you!

Got it! I didn't know that first two could be used for anything other than the two choices.

This will work wonders as the powers here change their minds often and I won't have to manually update these areas again.
