bearing and distance label style

Alright, I have been using AutoCAD since 1989 and I was pretty good up until C3D. My issue is how do I get a bearing and distance label to display the way I want to see it. I can make it read N 88^ 50' 50" E or N88^50'50"E but I want it display as N 88^50'50" E, any ideas?

@Anonymous, Welcome to the forums! Use the format without spaces, and the direction short name with space:

Thank you very much, it worked like a charm. It's not as user friendly as in LDD 2004 and before.
