Autodesk PlatformSDK Components

Civil 3D 2019, Windows 10 - I have a user who receives this notification every time he closes out of the software:

I see it's from Autodesk and I believe the issue is his User Account Control (UAC) is set too high, but he's a little hesitant about turning down his UAC.  I asked him to click on the "show more details" link and am awaiting a resonse on that.  Does anyone have any ideas what this is and/or what it will do to the software?

Hello 

I had the same problem and decided to press yes when the window came up awsking me what to do.

Apparently it tried to install something an it kept asking me for material library 2018.msi  . So i found the particular library from autodesk  https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/infraworks/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/ENU/IWGetti... 

 I downloaded the 2018 version and installed from the zip  the MaterialLibrary2018.msi. 

After that i pressed yes again on the Autodesk PlatformSDK Components 

It finished its installation progress and it never bothered me again. I hope this way works for you

Yes, that was the answer.  Sorry for not updating the discussion.  

I finally convinced my client that everything that he was being prompted for was legit and from Autodesk.  That was the biggest hurdle.  Once he finally bought into it we installed the .msi and the issue was gone.

I am on 2021 and just today started to get this when I exit CAD. I'm guessing I hit something in the upper left when exiting cad. When I start I get a cloud that tells me download is complete. I see the solution, but we don't use any materials and I don't like installing anything I don't have to.
