AUTO-SYNCHRONIZE DATA SHORTCUTS

Is there a way to set 2018 C3D to automatically synchronize data references? I get the balloon notification every now and again, which doesn't bother me, but would like the sychronizing to automatically be done. Also, the same with xref's. The balloon pops up saying to reload the xref, can this be done automatically?

Hello,

Unfortunately there is no drawing setting that automatically syncs DREFs or reloads XREFs when you're in the dwg.  When you open a fresh session of the dwg with the above references, C3D does the sync/reload automatically, but I get that you want it to happen in the dwg on a real-time basis.  Maybe post that to the C3D idea board...amybe it will get some traction.

in the last few months, I'm not finding this to be accurate.  I rarely see the bubble that drefs have updated
