Auto feature line from alignment to feature line convertion

Hi, 

I have a auto feature line linked to a alignment and I want to create a 3d polyline with it.

When I have a normal feature line I can add more PI to get a better precision before exploding it (in the curves).

But when it's a auto feature line, you can't.

Is it possible to add some or to convert the auto feature line to a feature line or just to add PI to the auto feature line

Or is it possible to modify the explode command parameters to explode with more vertex in the curves?

Just offset 1 foot to the side, delete it, and re-offset back.
