Attach polygon color to point description

Hi All, 
I have about 3000 hatched areas in a drawing. Each hatched area has a gogo point inside it. I am trying to attach the color of the hatched area/polygon to the point description but it didn't work ( I used chat GPT to give me instructions). For example, i want to be able to change the color of the hatched areas based on the new point descriptions that are imported from a CSV file automatically i.e. if the point description is green, I want the hatched area to show as green. I understand that the first part is going to be manual where I attach each of the hatch areas to a unique point. Can anyone help? I attached a test drawing with 2 areas and 2 points.

There is nothing that I know of in the program that would come close to that. This would call for a custom program possibly in Lisp or built in Dynamo. Hopefully some will prove me wrong.

BTW I've never seen a correct answer to anything but basic AutoCAD in an AI bot.
