Is it possible to create a profile and then assign it to multiple alignments/profile views? I have 10 different alignments and profile views for each. I want to show the existing and proposed surface on each of those profile views but autocad is forcing me to create a new profile for existing and proposed for all 10 profile views. Id like to make a "Existing" and "Proposed" profile and then just add it to each profile view/alignment. The way it is now I have to create 20 different profiles, instead of 2.

I would consider using Superimposed Profiles.

Name the current alignment with the profiles to "Banana" and export its profiles to an XML file.  Rename the alignment back to what it was. Name the next alignment to "Banana" and import the profiles. Rename it back to what it was, and so on for each of the remaining alignments/profiles.
