Assembly help for 4 lane divided section with median with variable width

I have a 4 lane divided section with curbs with a paved median.

The median has a crown in the middle.

The middle of the medium always is on the roadway baseline.

The entire section is constant, but the medium varies in width.

What is the best subassembly to use for the median?

What is the best procedure to use to vary the median width?
