Applying Label Set to Multiple Alignments in a Single Action

Dear Autodesk Community,

I am currently engaged in a project that involves a significant number of alignments within a single Civil 3D file. To streamline my workflow, I have developed a custom label set tailored for alignment annotations. My objective is to apply this label set across all alignments in the file efficiently.

I am reaching out to inquire if there exists a functionality within Civil 3D that would allow me to apply the label set to all alignments with a single click, or if there is an alternative method to achieve this without manually updating each alignment individually.

Please let me know if you have any ideas or insights on this matter.

I don't know of a command or process that would change them all at once but I have notice some behavior that you might be able to leverage to get the desired result.

First thought: When making a new alignment you're given the option to select an alignment label set.  Your alignments already exist to that boat has sailed. I checked into maybe exporting them to an XML, deleting them, them importing the XML and applying a new alignment label set in the process.  The XML export process seems to only allow for selecting one alignment at a time.

Second thought: When making a reference to a data shared alignment you're given the option to select an alignment label set.  When you select multiple alignments to reference you don't get the selection option, they all take the default alignment label set.  So I'm wondering if you could save your drawing as new name, make data shares of the alignments, go back to the original file, delete the alignments, set the new alignment label set as the default, data ref the alignments back in, and then promote the data references.
