Apply Rules Changes Inverts

Our pipe network rule is set to end pipe location at the structure inner wall.

When I apply rules, the pipe moves along the slope from the center of structure to the inner wall,

changing the invert elevations.

Is there any way to maintain elevations when applying rules?

That is the way the rule was built based on the assumption of center-of-structure connections.
