I was just about to post the same thing. Yes, it's been happening since Friday for me. Thought Autodesk would fix it by now, but I guess not.

Yes and it's VERY ANNOYING!  I even tried entering my login info but it just rejected the info and put the dialog up again.

In case it helps, I'm on Windows 10 and viewing the website in MS Edge (my employer's preferred web browser).

Yes, and it's annoying at best.  It seems every few months someone is breaking the forums just to have something to fix.   Old adage, "if it's not broke, don't fix it".

 

Appended: It seems that only the Civil3D forums are subject to this problem, I'm not getting it on others.
