Alignments not available to create Corridor

I have a drawing with 9 alignments in it.

When I go to create a corridor (or edit an existing corridor) there are only 6 alignments that are available to use as a horizontal baseline. I'd like to use one of the other three. Any suggestions?

OK, I got it.
If there's no profile on that alignment it won't let you select the alignment.
I just need to create a dummy profile.
Kinda annoying, but workable.
