Alignment Edits (Deleting a section)

I am trying to edit my alignment and remove a sub entity ( however I am trying not to mess up my alignment afterwards).

I have an alignment STA 0+00 to 832+00 I am wanting to take out a section at 412+88 to 413+70. When I am doing it now it is messing up the alignment after 413+70. Is there a way to take out that section without messing up the alignment and profile view.

When you delete the sub entity there will be a gap in the alignment. Just take one of the grips on either side of the gap and snap to the other side. The alignment will heal itself and all stationing, profiles, sections will upate.

Alternatively, you can mask the alignment from within Alignement Properties. Not sure if that's the method you're looking for, but it's a pretty cool feature.

In addition to Neil and Todd, If you need the same stationing even after deleting sub entity, you should use station equations.
