Advanced Pipe and Pressure Pipe Label Expression Help

All,

I often find myself not paying attention to direction of Alignments when drawing Pipes and Pressure Pipes and when I go to Table the Pipe locations, sometimes I will get Start Station with a larger value than the End Station......for example.....10+25.00-10'L to 9+15.00-10'L.  I have been able to fix this mostly with an If/Then Expression that evaluates the Station values and if the Start Station is smaller than the End Station, it returns the End Station first......so then 9+15.00-10'L is first.  I can do this with the Offsets too.

Problem is, Offset Sides.  This works fine until a Pipe crosses the road.  I cannot use Pipe Offset Side in an Expression, because (1), its not a Property to choose from, and (2), even if I type it in, because it's not a "Number" value, it won't recognize it.

Any of you label "Masters" know of a way around this besides redrawing the pipe the direction of the alignment?  Refer to my screenshot below.....

I wish there was a "Flip Pipe" option.  Switching the Flow Direction does not fix it either, that just affects your In and Out invert labels on Structures.
