Adjusting surfaces towards points in Civil 3D

I've recently learned that the software Gemeni can adjust surfaces towards points and lines, while keeping the overall trend of the original surface, see picture below. Can similar be achieved  in Civil 3D?

The purpose can be for example to model bedrock based on ground investigation and terrain at the surface, soil layering, etc.

I'm not 100% sure what you're looking for. But I think it might be the Geotechnical Modeler.

From my understanding this gives a linear interpolation between points/boreholes. Often there is a correlation between surface terrain and bedrock, thus the example.

My question is however of a more general interest. It's more similar to having a piece of cloth (i.e. surface) and using points where you grab the cloth and adjust the elevation, while "keeping the fabric" over a certain distance.
