Adding labels to points from DXF / Data Imported from Leica Total Station

Hi all,

I used a Leica Icon Total station at work for construction surveying. I've been exporting the files from the total station as DXF.

When I open in AutoCAD the labels appear as they are in the file I've provided.

I can't seem to add / change the labels to show the correct elevation as I have shifted the data to a different height.

I've tried importing the points through a CSV and that works to be able to add to points groups, but then I lose the layers which are importing for my work.

Thanks.

Hi David,
Welcome to the Autodesk Forums.
When you import points by CSV you can set the layer either in a Point Group or better yet by Description Keys.
You can add or subtract to the elevation of your points in the Point Editor. Right-click on the elevation and choose "Datum".
