Add Levels for a third Profile Band

I have a profile view and I want to add the elevations for 3 surfaces to it - it is no problem with 2 but I can't add a 3rd to pick from in the Text Component Editor.

I'm sure I'm missing something very obvious but haven't played around with this for several years so am a bit rusty

Anyone able to advise

Make a new band with nothing displaying but the 3rd profile text and superimpose it over your existing band

or make a new band below the existing band

For some reason the Levels were not showing up after selecting the required profile for Profile Band 3 - I closed and restarted Civil and all now seems to be working...😕
