How Can I edit my survey again?
It seems to be locked, and I can't do anything.
Help me please!! 
I just saved and close the file, and when I opened again I couldn't edit.

It looks like you may have selected the "Open for read-only" option.
Try Closing the Survey Database & selecting "Open for edit".
