I have a question about a triangle with a dot in center on the alignment in profile. It caused loose the band data, if I delete it then draw a new alignment, my data will recover, but when I save the file and open it again, the triangle with a dot turns up again.

It sounds like you're talking about the PVI marker(s).  If you don't want to see them, then edit the profile style and set Point of Vertical Intersection to a Marker Style of <None>.
