I missed that you wanted Multiple PLs. This is good for single ones.

Here is a lisp that will write out x,y,z of polylines verticies (one or more) to a text file.  It's fairly old but stilll works in 2016.

Where does it right the file to?

It saves the file where the DWG is located.  with an .xyz extension.
