To make a 3D model for the Stockpile like the image attached, how do you do the steps? I have point data from measurements using a Total Station in the form of NEZ, I have made a surface and base to calculate the volume

Hi Muhammad,
Welcome the the Autodesk Forums.
Are you just trying to view the stock pile in 3D, or do you need to calculate volume? Can you post your NEZ file?

Muhammad,
After adding PENZD file to definition of surface, set surface style to "Elevation Banding (2D)" and in surface style turn on "Elevations". Then click a corner of the view cube. Hold down shift and use scroll wheel to adjust your view.
Drawing attached.

Hi Dave
Can you please explain in more detail starting from turn on "Elevation" and when I clicked on the cube it turns gray as shown below, and if I shift + scroll it zoom in/out.
Thanks in advance.

Muhammad,
Turn off "Triangles". And hold your scroll wheel down, don't rotate the wheel.

Muhammad,
Your surface is fairly flat compared to the area, so it's not very dramatic.

Yes. I wish I had a "dramatic" stockpile to show you.

Irfan,
Apologies. I steered you wrong. Elevation Banding (2D) is indeed flat until you change Display Type to "3D Faces". It's under the Analysis Tab of the Surface Style. Then you'll have to play with the color range.
I think the PDF you posted can only be achieved exactly like that in Map 3D Feature Styles.
