2016 Geolocation Maps not working

I got the first chance to use the 2016 Geolocation Map feature on an acutal project last week.  It worked very well.  But now I need to show another map elsewhere.  When I click on the "Map Aerial" button (on the Geolocation" tab/Online Map panel), it shows the command name and that it's passing the _A argument.  But then nothing happens.  No error message, no image, nothing telling me to login.

Any ideas?

However, if you still are not logged in, you should do it and try again.

Don, do you log out at the end of each day?

Or have you been signed in to 360 continuously?

I reboot the PC everyday but I've never physically clicked on a logoout link/button.
