Windows Explorer Properties trouble

Years ago, with LDD and early versions of Civil 3D, you could go to your Drawing Utilities, within Civil 3D, click on Drawing Properties, and add a Title to your drawing, separate from the drawing filename, and the drawing Title would show up in Windows Explorer, next to the filename. I am currently using Civil3D 2013. you can still add a Title to the drawing properties as shown,GREENSHOT1.png but it doesn't show up in Windows Explorer. This works with MS Word and other applications, but not anymore with Civil 3D. Check out the Word doc in the following image! It has "Test Document" added as a Title in its Document Properties.GREENSHOT3.png The CAD dwgs in this image have Titles added in their properties as well, but they are not showing up in the Explorer window. Being able to add Titles next to the Filename is really handy if you are trying to go with short filenames like C1.0.dwg and you have a huge project and are looking for, let's say, your Stormwater Plan and can't remember if it's C6.0 or C7.0. You would, otherwise, see the Title next to it and not having to search for it, saves a lot of time. Is there any way that we can get this to work again? BTW, my OS is Windows 7 Professional.

Pretty strange behavior, I'm using 2015 and just noticed that if I fill in those fields through the Autocad application properties they DO NOT show up in explorer (the "Summary" tab doesn't even show up) but we have a program we use to programmatically fill in those fields and those DO show up (the "Summary" tab does show when done this way).

What version of Windows are you using?
