vb.net aeccdbMgd dll missing

I have recently downloaded the objectARX SDK and have been using it with Autocad 2018 without issues. Trying to access extended data / property sets for C3D it seems that aeccdbMgd dll is missing and I am not able to find it either in objectARX librairies or in C3D installation folders. Is there a way to get this dll?

ObjectARX SDK only contains resources for plain AutoCAD. You need to use AeccDbMgd.dll coming with your Civil3D installation, which should be located in "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 20XX\C3D" folder.

You may have already known that to work with ProperttySet Data with .NET API, you also need to reference AecPropDataMgd.dll, which is located in "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 20XX\ACA" folder.
