Representation of a pipe (or other element) above an explanation

Good afternoon!
I am still learning a little bit the topic of pipes in civil 3d, but I think it can be useful (in a similar way) in my work. The point is that I want to represent an element (in this case I have thought that it could be a pipe) and that it is supported above an explanation and that it can change depending on the slope of this explanation. That is to say, if I have a explanation with a slope 4:1 and I change it to 2:1, then that element can vary its slope depending on its “support”, so to speak. The other thing would be to get the distance of the element always delimited by the meeting of the explanation with the base terrain (that does not extend beyond the base terrain) I attach a file for better understanding.
At the moment I did it manually, drawing the pipe and changing its start/end dimensions in the properties.
Thanks in advance!
