Data reference configurable folders

So, I found this section that I provided but cannot find this option anywhere. It's as followed:

"Under the Configurable Folders section of the installation wizard, you can specify custom locations for folders with specific content. Content folders are divided into two groups: Support and Survey.

To access the Configurable Folders section of the installation wizard, under Autodesk Civil 3D 2019, click Click to Open and Configure and scroll down to the Configurable Folders section."

I am trying it up where when you create a new working folder for data references, it automatically creates other project folder under the job number. Obviously, when you create a new data reference, it creates the folder "_shortcuts" but how do I add other folders to place drawings in, etc.

Does anyone know how to do this? I'm trying to setup our server where this is created automatically.

I think that what you are wanting to do is to modify the project creation rather than the _Shortcuts folders. I have done this like so:

Which I then reference when I create a new project. You can have as many folders & sub-folders as you like.
