Help with my Lisp to insert Dynamic block in a certain visual state.

In this lisp there are 2 blocks with vis states. I have listed them and can select them at command prompt. However when I place them they alway show the same vis state for each selection. Block Fit-Bend has 4 vis states and always displays the 90 DEG vis state. Block Fit-TEE-X ha two vis states and always show the TEE vis state. How can I make them show the selected vis state?
