Dynamic Block - Stretch Parameter

OK, so I am having trouble with a dynamic block I created. I used a stretch parameter on the box and wipeout so that if my text gets too long I can stretch the block out. The only problem is that when I use the rotate parameter, then try to use the stretch, it does not stretch along the same axis. What am I doing wrong? I have the drawing with the blocks attached.

Be sure to add the Distance1 parameter to the Rotation selection set.
