I need to create a custom coordinate system as the PNG94 / PNGMG94 zone 55 is not a default Civil 3D coordinate system. As the datum neither exists, I tried to export a coordinate system as xml including the datum data and then modify it, but I couldn't create the right syntax as it gives me an error when I try to import it.
