VB.NET-VALUE OF TYPE XX CANNOT BE CONVERTED

Hello,

I am using Civil 3D 2016.

I am learning VB.NET and working on Lab4 of the Autodesk Training Labs.

Lab 4 is creating a palette.  The attached screen shot shows one of the problem areas.  The error I am getting states: "Value of type LAB4.UserControl1 cannot be converted to System.URI". 

I have searched this error online but I cannot figure out a solution.  What am I likely missing or should I add to help resolve this particualr issue?

Please add the code you're using, but seems like a typo on your code...
