Storm and Sanitary Analysis not computing spread

The analysis output is telling me that my spread at an on-grade inlet is 0.00. When I use the calculator (I've used 3 different spread calculators: Neenah, Hydraulic Toolbox by FHWA, and the one contained within SSA), the spread is actually >0. The spread at sag inlets seems to be working, but the spread at on-grade inlets is not. I am using a user-defined gutter cross section, but I can't figure out if or how that cross-section would be preventing the gutter spread from calculating. What am I missing? I feel like there must be some glitch that I'm not catching. There are no warnings in the ASCII Output report. Thank you.
