Is it possible to set values to change the radius of the curve ?

Yes, each subentity of an alignment is an AlignmentEntity which can be cast to its appropriate type.

Dim radius As Double = 600.0

For Each ent As AlignmentEntity In alignment.Entities
   If ent.EntityType = AlignmentEntityType.Arc Then
      Dim alignArc As AlignmentArc = CType(ent, AlignmentArc)
      alignArc.Radius = radius
   End If
