Pipes have a method called Project2dPointVertically (1). What does it do?

@tcorey , Tim when you select a point on a pipe with GetPoint it returns a 3d point with 0 elevation. Using that point with the Project2dPointVertically it returns a 3d point with the correct elevation of the center of the pipe at that location. The help file for this method is incorrect, in that it says "surface" instead of "pipe".
That being said, i'm not sure if this method can be used in lisp. IIRC, this is one of those that lisp doesn't like the variants being passed. The .NET version of this works well, as that is what we used in the PipeElevationEditor in the Sincpac.
