How to install/load newtwork settings for new company user

We are trying to establish some sort of profile or settings wo where when we set up a new workstation or launch C3D that it will have all our support files needed.  More importantly our plotter styles and settings.  What is the best practice to accomplish this?   My boss says to generate a CUI; however, when I attempted to generate a CUI I did  not find anything in the CUI customizations where plotters were involved.  please advise.

Thnx @CodeDing , so since my profile is the one that is updated,  I would have to resave the profile that we all are currently using and reupload it to the rest of the shop workstations? Please advise.  thnx!

I don't know your company setup, but create ONE good profile that will be used by everybody as the default, then you can distribute / load it however you deem necessary.
