Having Revision notes show on every sheet

The company I am with now wants Revision notes to show in the title block on every sheet. Currently it is set up with attributed Mtext through the sheetset manager. However, the revisions will only update through the individual sheets in the sheet set properties. I have spent hours researching and attempting different solutions with no avail. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am currently using Civil 3D 2024.

Hi, I have done many T-blocks with fields and dwgprops. You change it on one page all the others change as well.
