Custom Culvert End Treatments using IPE

I know this is a topic most people do not touch on, but I am using the Infrastructure Parts Editor and Inventor to create custom pipe catalogs. While I am able to create the structures without (much) issue, the culvert end treatments do not seem to be supported during the export process. 

I have found articles that go back to 2016 that indicate that exporting end treatments from IPE have not been implemented yet. I have not found anything since then that indicates an update that has added that ability.

My question is this; Does IPE 2020 have the ability to export Culverts to Civil 3D? If not, does anyone have an idea on how to pull parts from one catalog and add them to another catalog, essentially merging two catalogs together, but purging out parts that are not needed?

I am having the same problem.... Hope you get some answer from an Expert.......

I have modelled a custom Culvert (Box Culvert according to local specification... Argentina), but I can´t do Publish in to C3D.
