Create a standalone c#.NET script to run like a batch process to provide an automation solution

Hi Team. This is Muthu, an IT student from Chennai. As per the documentation we referred, we found that we can create plug-in and client applications that can interact with AutoDesk software from external applications. My demand is to create a batch process or a standalone script that can run automatically when we trigger it from external application. Can we able to create such script to run in backend environments using AutoDesk .NET API?
