Command Allias - Custom Keys

I am trying to figure out how to customize the command for my "a" button on my keyboard. For years I have changed this button to be my "LAYMCUR" command. I am trying to figure out how to do this in C3D 2010. Can anyone help?

Under the Express menu, or the Express Panel if you are using the Ribbon, hit the Command Alisa Button.
