c# .net subassembly

Anyone have any examples of c# .net subassemblies for civil 3d? And when I say subassemblies, I mean the basic  dynamic elements which make up a corridor. 

The api documentation for coding these is notoriously incomplete, and only provides examples in Visual Basic.

This is the only semi-sample I know of. It was a work in progress for C3D 2011.
