Add profile to profile view

Somewhat of a newbie here. Using visual studio. Need to understand how to add a profile to a profile view and/or control the view of multiple profiles in a profile view.

When you create a Profile for an alignment it will automatically be added to any current or future ProfileView objects for that alignment. To Turn off the display of a Profile in a specific ProfileView you access the ProfileView.GraphOverides, locate the Profile in the overrides and turn off the Draw property.

                foreach (ProfileOverride pvo in profview.GraphOverrides)
                {
                    if (pvo.ProfileName == "DoNotShow")
                        pvo.Draw = false;
                }
