Please share a link from where I can download a well documented API SDK help for Civil3D. This should have the list of all APIs and their description. I also want class hierarchy and dependencies.

I would like to get the help which lists all the APIs available.

Viz. Please refer attached "Corridor class.png". Where can I get the list and description of each and every API method available in .NET application for "class Corridor : Entity"

I couldn't find any of the APIs and their description for object of type "class Corridor : Entity". Both links you mentioned do not give this information.

Note: Can I get download link for a offline help?

Please guide me where I can get this information.

I do not believe that the .NET API docs are available for offline use.

The .NET API Reference includes the Corridor entity:

The second link in Augusto's post will get you to the top of the reference guide, which DOES include this information.
