Character generator subscribition issue

Hi, I want to get an annual subscribition, I have added it to the cart but when I try to vew what is in my cart and check out it doesnt let me, it keeps rederecting me to the store page.. can someone help please?

Sorry for the problem.

I'll try to help you the best I can.

I know that sometimes, some browsers may have some problems of that kind.

Can you please try on another browser (If you had the issue on Firefox, try on Chrome on Internet Explorer)

Let me know if this fixes the problem.

Thank you for the reply, I have tried with Firefox, Chrome and IE and all 3 of them rederect me to the store page when i try to click on the car button Smiley Sad

Ok so I have manage to buy the subscription, but now, when i try to access the character generator, it looks like the free version, and i cant access the other options...

Hi, I'm having the same issue as you -- bought subscription, but still acts like the free version.  How did you fix this / get access to cloud credits?

Hi,

We apologize for the problem.

 

Whenever there is a change to the entitlement (ex:  through a new purchase), the access to Autodesk Character Generator paid features from the time of the new purchase can/may be delayed up to four (4) hours and sometimes more.

Please sign out, wait few hours (around 4 hours) before signing back in to your account.

 

Can you please try again and let me know if you still have a problem.

Same issue here. Ordered 3 days ago, still no paid features.....

According to order confirmation it should take max 24 hours to get activation.

Hi Sophie,

I just tried to sign out - and sign in afterwards. Stil not working.
Also tried to sign in from another pc, but I still dont have paid
functionality.

I just renewed my subscription and I still can't generate the paid options.  I have signed out more than 10 times over the past 1.5 days.  I was logged off for more than 10 hours at one point.  It shows that I have the credits in my account.  I only used 30 of the 100 points from my previous subscription and I thought it would give me another 100 since I paid another $50.
