Hi, I want to get an annual subscribition, I have added it to the cart but when I try to vew what is in my cart and check out it doesnt let me, it keeps rederecting me to the store page.. can someone help please?

Can you please try on another browser (If you had the issue on Firefox, try on Chrome on Internet Explorer)

We apologize for the problem.
Whenever there is a change to the entitlement (ex: through a new purchase), the access to Autodesk Character Generator paid features from the time of the new purchase can/may be delayed up to four (4) hours and sometimes more.
Please sign out, wait few hours (around 4 hours) before signing back in to your account.
Can you please try again and let me know if you still have a problem.

According to order confirmation it should take max 24 hours to get activation.

I just renewed my subscription and I still can't generate the paid options. I have signed out more than 10 times over the past 1.5 days. I was logged off for more than 10 hours at one point. It shows that I have the credits in my account. I only used 30 of the 100 points from my previous subscription and I thought it would give me another 100 since I paid another $50.
