Cannot access Character Generator- Entitlement Error.

Hi all, 

I've been encountering the following error when I tried logging into the Character Generator in the last couple of days.

My account works fine on other Autodesk platforms. (Including this forum) and I've been consistently using this tool in the last couple of years with no prior error like this.  Is this a known issue for others?

Not sure did anyone from Autodesk got back to you in private. But I am afraid Character Generator had changed its subscription model.

Unless you are a paid user of the Autodesk creative suite (maya, 3dsmax, etc), this tool is unavailable for public anymore.

I am very disappointed at this decision; as other developers are launching free, advanced character avatar makers, such as VROID, ready player me, and metahuman, it's sad to see Autodesk rolling back its free-for-all tools into an add-on for selective paid subscribers.
