I paid for the advanced features of Character Generator yesterday; but, have not been able to select nor utilize those features (i.e. such as generating a character using facial blend shapes). Reviewing the forum posts/FAQS, I did see a good article on what is needed. I did get activation emails, but am missing the Character Generator product in my account "Product and Services". Any ideas?

The access to Autodesk Character Generator features from the time you have activated your account can/may be delayed up to four (4) hours… sometimes a little bit more.
Please sign out, wait few hours before signing back in to your account.

I've waited days. Purchased last Sunday. The product "Character Generator" is not showing up in my Autodesk Account in my Product and Services.
