Plotting of Volume Flow During Analysis

I would like to be able to plot volume flow on a cross section of interest, during a solve, in the "convergence plot" tab.  An added feature beyond this would be the ability to tell the solution to terminate a transient solution when this volume flow is stabilized.

Good idea, would like that this is a bit more general, as in also have the option to get average temperature on an outlet, forces on an object, etc.

So in general more probing during a solution.
