Add the ability to mesh using NETGEN

NETGEN is an open-source mesher with simple yet effective settings that produces good results. In my opinion NETGEN works much better than CFD's mesher. It is less temperamental, offers more control, and refines the mesh in the places needed more intelligently. Alternatively, add support for more mesh formats (CGNS/HDF5) to allow using 3rd party meshing tools.

Have you looked at our ability to import 3rd party meshes? 

We have had many people using other meshers to generate meshes and bring them in to CFD

Note that in these situations we do not generate wall layers as we would expect you to generate that as well. 

As long as you're not trying to use elements that are unsupported this should work
