Water flow through a clearwell. Result shows no flow

Hi,

I've been trying a lot of ways for 3 days but the simulation of water flowing a Clearwell always shows no flow. The Clearwell structure is simple (one pipe in, one pipe out, baffle walls in between).

Also, it's also weird that the after "void fill", I don't see any "CFD created volume" in the "Material" section.

Please help

Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check Geometry: Ensure that there are no gaps in the CAD model that might be preventing the void fill from being created. Sometimes even small gaps can cause issues.

  2. Material Assignment: Make sure that all parts except the air volume have solid materials assigned to them. Suppress all solids from the model to ensure the void fill is correctly applied.

  3. Pressure Differential: Apply a pressure differential (e.g., 1 psi on an internal face and 0 psi on an external face) to help identify any gaps.

  4. Run Iterations: Run the model for a few iterations and use an iso surface to find any small gaps where air might be leaking.

  5. Modify CAD Model: If necessary, modify the CAD model to cap the ends of the pipe, which can help the software automatically create the internal volume kia motor finance
