Hi everyone,
I'm a final year student in electromechanical engineering and need some help. Currently I wish to simulate the fluid flow in a pipe, and interacting with a gorlov vertical turbine. Matter of fact I'm having two big issues:
1. I'm having trouble drawing the Gorlov vertical turbine;
2. How to render the simulation in a 30" diameter pipe for example and simulate the fluid flow wit different pitch of the blades;
3. Based on that obtain readings of the lift, drag and the resulting flow when the fluid leaves the blade.
I would be very much grateful if someone could at least guide me through the step such that I can draw it on my own and render the related simulations.
Thanking you all in advance for your help.
Best Regards

Hi,
I am sure we can help you here.
2. and 3. are entirely possible - I suggest you start by reviwing the guide here: Rotating Region Best Practices
Thanks,
Jon
