Problem with assembly model

Is there any Solutions of problem with transfer model form Inventor 2008 (*.iam) to CFD Simulation? 

When i do this, CFD show me that "Check model surface diagnostics. Meshing failure may result with default autosize settings." and i don't heave idea what to do.

Hi,

Did you try checking the surface diagnostics as the message suggested? I would think there are some really tiny surfaces, or impossible overlaps somewhere in the model?

Saving out a sat file and importing that into CFD might fix it, if the issue is minor 🙂

I'll try to save as "*.sat' file and check problem.

When you looked into the Surface Diagnostics, did you see any that looked really small?

I would look for ones that appear to be more of an edge/line than a surface - these will be an issue.
