model bodies missing fusion 360 to cfd 2019

Hi,

Hopefully i've posted in the right place but basically when transferring my car into CFD 2019, The same body part is always missing and I am really not quite sure as to why.

Hello,

Try exporting the Fusion model in a neutral cad format such as step or acis and see if that opens with all parts in CFD.

Hi Marwan,

I have tried what you have suggested and still have missing bodies, I have done an interference test and there is not a single interference.

Even when i manage to get the entire model, my mesh never works either

Hello,

Try the following:

Go to the Flags Manager in CFD

Set the AsmCoinTol flag and try a smaller value.  If that does not help try a larger value.

If all parts come in and the mesh is failing, try a smaller mesh size.

Cheers,

Marwan
